Who are Mirrorbox Photography?

We are two female photographers who met a few years ago while studying photography at college. Since then our friendship & love of stylish photography has grown into a business. We both got married ourselves last year and had very different weddings - Sam chose a beautiful mansion in the outskirts of Edinburgh and Sequoia eloped to New York - and this experience of being brides in front of the camera has added a personal understanding of how important it is to have a timeless collection of images from the most special day of your life.

How many images are in a Mirrorbox Photography album?

We will show you around images from your day and ask you to select your favourites – between 60 - 90 to make your album. We will give you a low-resolution disc featuring all the shots from the day and will upload them to a password-protected gallery so your friends and family can also view them.

What will you get with your booking?

All bookings include a pre-wedding consulation and secure online gallery where your guests can view all your images. Each package comes with a CD of low resolution images. We will also give you a set of complimentary Thank You cards, designed by ourselves and using an image from your wedding.

Where will you travel?

Mirrorbox Photography is based in Glasgow though we shoot weddings across the UK and internationally - this year has seen us working over in Ireland, up in the Highlands of Scotland and this summer we're making trips to venues as far afield as the Isle of Skye and London.

Travel expenses are included in your package price if you get married within 50miles of our base in Glasgow. Drop us a line if you have an enquiry about your wedding location.

What other products do you offer?

Your favourite photos can be turned into stunning gallery prints or canvas wraps. We also have a range of Parent and Gift albums which serve as a memento for your wedding party.

Do you have a reprint service?

Yes, your full range of images will be uploaded to our website and you & your guests will be able to access them using a secure password. Print sizes range from to 7x5 inches to 60x40 inches.

After your wedding we will upload your images to a password protected gallery on this website. With a few clicks of a button you select your favourite images and we do the rest. Your photographer will design your album to best reflect and complement your memories of the wedding day. We will show you proof layouts for each page to give you the chance to suggest changes.

Once the design is finalised we send it to the best professional printing lab in the UK. We work closely with them to ensure the finished product meets the highest standards.

The Jasmine Package

The Jasmine package covers all the most important elements of your wedding celebration and includes a beautiful hand-designed storybook album of your photographs. You'll receive:

A pre-wedding consultation with your photographerAround 5 hours of photography on the day itselfA password-protected online proofing gallery where you can preview around 150 images from your day and share with your guestsPhotos presented in a 12in x 8in Belissimo album with a contemporary layout telling the story of your day. The Lotus Package

This is an ideal option for a small or mid-week wedding. Lotus includes all of the following services:

A pre-wedding consultation with your Mirrorbox photographerApproximately 4 hours of photography on your wedding dayYour images on a CD, retouched by us and ready for printingA secure online gallery so your guests can also view the photos

The Amaryllis Package

This package encompasses every detail of your wedding day from the start of your preparations until your first dances as husband and wife.

Amaryllis customers can expect two Mirrorbox photographers following the course of your day. In the morning the bride and groom will each be shadowed by a photographer to capture you both getting ready for the big day. Then both photographers will be on-hand to shoot your wedding taking reportage shots, framing traditional group shots and capturing all the unique moments which make up your celebration.

This package includes:

A pre-wedding consultation with both your photographers10 hours of photography on the dayA password-protected proofing gallery where you can see all your images (around 300) and share them with your guestsYour images will be presented in a 12x12in Bellissimo album. As with the Jasmine package we design the layout ourselves to best tell the story of your weddingAlbum layouts emailed to you prior to printing for your approval10 Gift albums to give to your wedding partyA DVD of all images to share with family and friends

Engagement Photoshoot

Celebrate your engagement with a Mirrorbox Photography photoshoot. After a half-day photoshoot we will give you a selection of gorgeous images to pass on to family & friends as a memento of your big news. This is also a great way to experience a portrait session in front of the camera, making you all the more relaxed on your wedding day.

An Engagement Photoshoot can be added to our existing wedding packages or purchased as a standalone product. It makes an unusual and personal wedding gift if you are looking for the perfect present for a couple you know who are getting married.
